Sales Support Executive - 6 months contract

As a member of the Private Relationship Management team, you will be in regular contact with our clients from the HNWI and UHNWI segment. In your role as Sales Support Executive, you will support the team and contribute significantly to its overall success.

Job Description

• You act as the first point of contact for HNWI and UHNWI clients and manage daily communication
• You process ongoing client correspondence (letters, emails, reports) while ensuring a high level of service and discretion
• You support the Relationship Managers with various due diligence tasks
• You ensure client satisfaction through comprehensive support of your team members
• You coordinate with other departments (e.g., legal department, compliance, and back office) to ensure smooth business operations
• You support the department heads in daily monitoring, reporting, and validation
• You plan and coordinate client meetings, conferences, and events together with the Relationship Managers and specialists
• You maintain detailed client profiles
• Professional experience in the banking industry
• Completed studies (Bachelor) in economics or finance is an advantage
• German and English skills (native language or very good level), other languages an advantage
• Previous experience in support within the context of financial services
• You are open-minded, team-oriented, and resilient
• Structured way of working, strong sense of priority, and excellent organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills and solution-oriented thinking
• Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) – especially Excel (intermediate level)
