Technical Large-Scale Project Manager

In this key role, you will lead an interdisciplinary project team and be responsible for the overall technical integration of strategic, complex, and construction-intensive large-scale projects in the food industry of over 150 MCHF. In particular, new factory constructions, site developments, as well as comprehensive renovation and expansion projects with high structural and technical integration requirements. What you drive * You bear the overall responsibility for the technical planning and successful realization of demanding and construction-intensive large-scale projects from approx. 150 MCHF. * You lead and coordinate an interdisciplinary project team and assume the functional leadership of the sub-project managers. * You control the relevant interfaces and ensure that costs, deadlines, quality, resources, and risks remain in view at all times. * You create sound, risk-based decision-making foundations for project sponsors, Steering Committee, and management. * Together with operations, production, engineering, construction, logistics, utilities, automation, and IT, you define and coordinate the technical requirements. * You develop and evaluate technical as well as economic solution variants and derive decisions and recommendations for further procedures. * You accompany tenders, awards, and contract negotiations as well as permit and approval processes. * From commissioning through acceptance to documentation and handover to operations, you ensure successful project implementation.
