Under one roof, PROMEA manages the PROMEA Ausgleichskasse (AHV/IV/EO/ALV), the PROMEA Familienausgleichskasse (active in all 26 cantons), the PROMEA Pensionskasse, as well as the Pensionskasse Optik/Photo/Edelmetall (PK OPE). As part of a succession plan, we are looking for a

Head of Compensation Fund / FAK, Member of the Executive Board and Deputy Fund Manager 80-100%

Your tasks

• Operational management of the AK and FAK via the three department heads
• Management and further development of the three department heads and their teams
• Risk Owner for the internal control system, including risk and quality management in the AK/FAK area as well as coordination of audits
• Management of strategic and operational projects for the further development of PROMEA, particularly in the areas of digitalization and process optimization
• Controls communication: defines topics, channels and approvals and ensures that the specialist departments use the website (including guides), news reports, social media and the annual report consistently and adhere to the corporate design
• Represents the Fund Manager in their absence and takes over the hinge function across all PROMEA institutions (AK, FAK, pension funds) during this time

Your profile

• University degree (University, FH or Higher Technical College), in business administration, personnel management, auditing, ICT or law, ideally with advanced training in the social insurance sector
• Business fluent German in spoken and written form (C2), as well as French and/or Italian being an advantage
• Several years of experience in AHV and/or FAK implementation, with sound knowledge of contributions, benefits and family allowances/EO/EE
• Experience in managing managers, ideally as a division or department head or as a deputy for the fund management
• Extensive experience in project management, ideally in ICT, digitalization and migration projects; knowledge of AKIS is an advantage
• Strong implementation-oriented leadership personality who takes responsibility, sets priorities and, as a doer, seeks solutions pragmatically and independently and achieves project goals on time
• Sounding board for the Fund Manager with operational and strategic foresight and the necessary understanding of financial framework conditions
