Become a part of it too and apply as a Vehicle Expert Back Office.     What you do #   • You conduct digital expertises and create reports based on photos and videos of motor vehicles both for domestic and foreign use • You determine repair methods, identify damage costs, and establish the vehicle value to ensure precise and efficient damage settlement • You process motor vehicle damages (comprehensive, liability damage cases) and also settle general liability damages, always considering the interests of all parties involved • You check repair invoices, loss of value, and loss of use claims to ensure the quality and correctness of the settlements • You conduct negotiations with policyholders, injured parties, and repair shops and coordinate the repatriation and monitoring of foreign damages     What you bring #   • Successfully completed training as a body mechanic, car painter, or automotive mechatronics technician. Ideally supplemented by further training as an automotive diagnostician, workshop coordinator, body/paint workshop manager, technical specialist, or certified business administrator. • Several years of professional experience in body repair, as a workshop manager, or customer service advisor. As a result, you possess sound specialist knowledge and practical experience in the repair sector or in the reception and processing of accident-damaged vehicles. • Strong skills in oral and digital communication as well as a high affinity for IT, so that you can effectively use modern tools and technologies. • Very good German language skills are mandatory. Additionally, you have good knowledge of French or Italian.
