In the Brokers, Direct & Partnerships business unit at Zurich Schweiz, you are part of the Contract Management Broker Operations team. We look after our external sales partners throughout the entire cooperation - from onboarding through contract mutations to controls, reporting, and offboarding. Additionally, our team takes on a central role in the co-broker topic ("sub-intermediary") and contributes to ensuring transparency, quality, and regulatory security in the cooperation with brokers and co-brokers. What you do You coordinate the operational implementation of the co-broker topic and act as the central contact person for internal and external stakeholders. You actively participate in the introduction, implementation, and further development of the new co-broker process and support the corresponding project. You check, maintain, and document co-broker dossiers as well as contract documents completely, transparently, and in compliance with regulations. You coordinate clarifications with Legal, Compliance, as well as other internal and external stakeholders and ensure efficient cooperation. You create reports, evaluations, and controls and support the onboarding of new brokers as well as further quality and control processes. What you bring Completed commercial training as well as further training in business administration or insurance business. Several years of professional experience in a customer-oriented environment, preferably in the insurance, broker, or compliance industry. Experience in projects, process optimizations, or the introduction of new processes. Interest in regulatory and legal issues as well as an independent, structured, and careful way of working. Very good German skills; English and/or French are an advantage; as well as sound knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
