What you can accomplish

• You advise the insured, identify gaps, and accompany them inbound and outbound towards optimal coverage - both by telephone and in writing.
• With your dynamism, you contribute every day to the complete satisfaction of our customers.
• You communicate your enthusiasm for our products to new customers.
• Complex requests? You obtain the right information from our specialized departments.
• Thanks to your commercial flair, you recognize needs and propose suitable solutions from our portfolio.

What characterizes you

• a completed basic training with initial professional experience in health insurance or a contact center
• interest in sales - ideally with experience
• VBV insurance broker training or the willingness to follow it quickly
• a strong customer and service orientation
• excellent command of German spoken and written - any other language is a great plus
