Head of Human Resources (m/w/d) To further develop our HR area, we are looking for a committed, practical and entrepreneurially thinking personality who strategically and operationally shapes Human Resources and acts as a trustworthy sparring partner for management and executives. Your tasks In this versatile key position, you take over the overall responsibility for the HR area and actively shape its further development. You bring in your ideas, set impulses and ensure professional and future-oriented personnel work. Advising and supporting management and executives on all HR-related issues Developing HR processes, regulations, instruments and governance structures Searching, acquiring and developing employees in the long term Leading and accompanying organizational, change and HR projects Promoting a modern corporate culture and further developing the organization Your profile You have several years of experience in Human Resources Management - ideally in a leadership position or in a role with comparable responsibility. What you bring: Experience in a regulated environment, for example in the areas of financial services, trust, real estate or comparable industries Completed HR further education; a degree (FH, HF or university) Practical experience in project management, organizational development, change management and process optimization In-depth knowledge of labor, social insurance and personnel law A high affinity for digital tools, HR systems and modern working methods Your personality You convince through entrepreneurial thinking, pragmatism and a pronounced hands-on mentality.
