Hallenstadion Gastronomie is responsible for all catering in Hallenstadion Zürich – Switzerland's largest and most modern event arena with space for up to 15’500 guests. We operate numerous take-aways, restaurants, bars, banquet rooms as well as exclusive lodge and VIP areas. Our range extends from high-end gastronomy to fast, contemporary food and drinks, making every event a culinary experience.

To support our kitchen brigade, we are complementing our team as of November 2026 or by agreement with a:

Sous-Chef Public Catering (m/f)

Workload: 100% / no "Zimmerstundendienste" (split shifts)!

Area of responsibility:

Together with the Head of Kitchen Area, you are responsible for ensuring timely and qualitatively flawless kitchen performance in our restaurant Frontline as well as at banquets of all kinds in the Hallenstadion.

Requirement profile:

• Completed culinary apprenticeship (EBA or EFZ)
• Good German skills (oral & written)
• Several years of experience as Chef de Partie / Sous-Chef in larger operations
• High quality orientation and guest-oriented thinking
• Strength in efficient work and leadership organization
• Computer user skills are an advantage
• Readiness for flexible and event-dependent working hours. In our operation, we do not know "Zimmerstunde"
• Readiness for a multi-year cooperation
• Residence in the Greater Zurich area is an advantage
