Work location: Zurich region or nationwide in home office (Remote Work), part-time from 80% possible Due to training in the first two months, 100% is mandatory.   Do you love to inspire customers with excellent service and process their concerns professionally, solution-oriented, and with passion? Then you are exactly right at Swisscard!    YOUR TASKS • You are the first point of contact for our customers together with your team. • You answer telephone customer inquiries regarding invoices, payments, fees, and mobile payment solutions such as Apple Pay, Samsung Pay professionally and with joy. • You actively recognize customer needs and demonstrate suitable additional services with added value (up- and cross-selling) • Your assignments are planned flexibly between Monday to Sunday from 07:00 to 23:00, whereby you can work from home   YOUR PROFILE • You bring experience in customer service / Contact Center and feel comfortable in a dynamic, service-oriented environment. • You communicate confidently and professionally in German and French and understand Swiss German very well. Italian or English are a plus. • You approach our customers empathically, recognize their needs, and find suitable solutions even in demanding situations. • You maintain an overview even with multiple simultaneous inquiries and work confidently in a technically demanding environment. For the operation of our systems, you need at least basic English knowledge. • You appreciate flexible working hours and are willing to work in shift operations between 07.00 and 23.00.   Read more about our benefits here.
