In this role, you will strengthen the Life business unit in the area of Retention & Reinvestments at Zurich Schweiz and make an important contribution to our shared success. As a Retention Specialist Individual Life, you will be responsible, together with your team, for contacting customers, advising them, and offering them solutions so as not to lose them as Zurich customers. In this function, you act as a retention expert in the area of private pension, work together with various interfaces such as sales, customer service, product management, pricing, and underwriting, and proactively contribute to projects for customer excellence.
