• Receiving, seating and saying goodbye to guests
• Taking telephone reservations
• Guest advisory and taking orders
• Correct handling of complaints
• Professional serving and clearing of drinks and food
• Creating guest invoices and collecting payment
• Preparing the daily mise en place for the entire restaurant
• Creating, checking, receiving and settling service accounts
• Performing cash and daily closing
• Organization of the service team and service meetings
• Assistance with monthly inventory as well as administrative work
• Supervising cleaning work

Your Profile

• Host personality with charm and empathy
• Sound professional experience in the hospitality industry
• Very good German skills, other foreign languages are a plus
• Readiness to work with staggered hours and on weekends
