Become part of it too and apply as a Performance & Data Analyst Agents. * What you do • You support the sales management and general agencies with strategic and operational questions across all segments (life, non-life as well as private and corporate customer business). • You analyze and comment on business developments, identify trends and potentials, and derive concrete recommendations for action to improve business results. • You prepare presentations, reports, and dashboards and ensure high quality and significance of the underlying key figures. • You work with internal and external data sources, gain relevant insights, and prepare them in a target-group-oriented manner for different audiences. • You work cross-functionally with various stakeholders, act as a fact-based sparring partner, and continuously develop performance management, KPIs, and management instruments. What you bring • Experience as a Data Analyst, Performance Manager, or in a comparable analytical function, ideally in the insurance industry or in a sales-related environment. • Strong analytical skills as well as a good understanding of business contexts and sales processes. • University degree in business administration, business informatics, or a comparable field of study. • Sound knowledge in data analysis and business intelligence (e.g., Power BI, SQL) as well as the ability to prepare and convey complex issues in an understandable way. • Experience in project work as well as in working with different business stakeholders.
