Senior Specialist Patient Administration Permanent position Stadtspital Zürich For the User Support department in Patient Administration at the Triemli location, we are looking for a service-oriented personality to start immediately or by arrangement. Tasks You are the first point of contact for all internal and external users regarding the ERP module SAP IS-H Patient Administration and resolve first-level support inquiries directly. You analyze data quality and processes, initiate optimizations, and create specifications as well as change requests for systemic further developments. You plan, conduct, and document tests during system updates, including training end users and maintaining the associated documentation. You ensure timely, correct, and complete billing and coordinate the exchange with internal departments and external partners such as insurance companies. You continuously maintain and further develop knowledge platforms and training materials to sustainably secure know-how. You evaluate requirements, derive recommendations, and participate in cross-departmental projects and meetings to strengthen cooperation and efficiency. Profile Completed basic training (EFZ), ideally supplemented by further training at HF level, e.g., in business analysis or process management Proven professional experience in a comparable function or at least 3 years of experience in patient administration and billing in an acute care hospital Solid SAP IS-H knowledge and practical experience Confident use of MS Office (Excel, Word) and understanding of hospital applications (KIS, QS-reports) Advantageous experience in customizing an ERP system in patient administration (Navision, Hospis, SAP IS-H) Process-oriented, resilient, service-oriented personality with high social competence, flexibility, as well as independent and networked thinking We offer We offer you more than just a job!
