Your Role

For our team, we are looking for a communicative and solution-oriented personality for the functional support and assistance surrounding our application Tutoris. Do you want to enter the IT field and help people successfully use our application in their daily work? Then you have come to the right place!

Your responsibility:

• Receipt and processing of support requests via email, telephone, or ticket system
• Documentation of customer questions and solution paths
• Implementation of user training and knowledge transfer
• Testing of new software versions as well as active participation in shaping improvements
• Collaboration with the support and development team

What you bring with you:

• A completed vocational training in a commercial, social, or technical environment
• Interest in IT, digital applications, and working with the software - a career change is explicitly welcome
• Interest or experience in accounting processes
• Confident handling of Microsoft Office 365
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing and good English skills, French skills are a plus
