To expand our team, we are looking for a dynamic, expert talent as Head of HR 80\-100% Workplaces are Zürich and Olten, we require a willingness for assignments throughout Switzerland YOUR MISSION Lead and further develop the HR department and lead the HR team of two employees professionally and personally Ensure personnel administration throughout the entire HR lifecycle (incl. payroll) Advise and support the executive management and managers in the sense of an HR business partnership (e.g., recruitment, demanding personnel situations, separation) Set impulses and act in an integrating manner within the framework of health and conflict management Set and shape the strategic milestones together with the GL (e.g., succession planning, personnel development, regulations, processes) Observe and enforce labor law matters as well as compliance requirements Conceive, lead, and implement HR projects YOUR SUPERPOWERS Several years of experience as an HR Business Partner A commercial education with a focus on human resources (e.g., HR management, Master in HR) Proficient in the German language High social competence, empathetic and motivating personality with excellent communication skills Experienced IT user knowledge MS Office and ERP tools, Abacus is an advantage Organizational ability, quality thinking, and healthy pragmatism Good knowledge of labor law and social insurance YOUR ADVANTAGES WITH US Diverse, challenging, and responsible management tasks Meaningful activity in a socially relevant field Attractive employment conditions, e.g., flexible working hours, at least 5 weeks vacation, support and promotion of further training, GA 2nd class Centrally located office premises with good connections to public transport Modern IT infrastructure HAVE WE AWAKENED YOUR INTEREST?
