Deputy Operations Manager ### #### Tasks & Challenges • Representation of the operations management in their absence • Leadership, promotion, and coaching of your team of approx. 12 employees including apprentices • Interface management between the departments • Responsible for all administrative tasks such as reservations, correspondence, and general operational organization • Active co-creation of the guest experience in a lively, family-oriented environment • If required, operational collaboration in day-to-day business as well as ensuring smooth processes throughout the entire operation Qualification & Competencies • Completed higher education in hotel management or gastronomy (e.g., hotel management school) • Initial leadership experience as well as enjoyment in taking on responsibility • Structured and independent way of working with a good overview of administrative day-to-day business • Proficient handling of administrative activities • Organizational talent and assertive • Team-oriented, motivated, and open personality with a hands-on mentality • Languages: German native language, other languages an advantage Opportunities & Perspectives A versatile environment with room for initiative and development awaits you.
