This is precisely where the Client Channels area comes in. The focus is on central digital and physical touchpoints between ZKB and its customers, which combine needs with technology, processes, user experience, security, and operations. These include, among others, eBanking, Mobile Banking, as well as digital opening, onboarding, and lifecycle processes.

Within Client Channels, four interdisciplinary Core Scrum teams are responsible for the digital opening processes of ZKB. These range from identification and person onboarding to the selection and opening of products, as well as contracts, signatures, and review and mutation processes. Business Engineers and Product Owners work together with Scrum Masters and Software Engineers on cross-channel solutions for private customers and companies.

For one of the Core Teams, we are looking for reinforcement through an experienced personality at the interface between Business and IT.

Your challenge

• Active co-shaping of the digital opening processes of ZKB across various channels, customer groups, and products
• Concretization of functional concepts into implementable features and user stories including clear acceptance criteria
• Collection, analysis, and modeling of end-to-end processes and derivation of functional requirements
• Development of suitable solution strategies and taking on functional leadership during specification and elaboration
• Responsibility for changes from inception through implementation and testing to go-live, documentation, and introduction
• Close cooperation with Software Engineering, architecture, and other stakeholders, as well as active management of team- and portfolio-wide dependencies
• Modeling and orchestration of processes with workflow engines such as Camunda or comparable solutions
• Accompanying applications into stable operations, including analysis of incidents and defects, as well as ensuring regulatory requirements

Your qualities and talents

• Degree, HF, professional certificate, or a comparable qualification; your relevant experience and functional depth are decisive
• At least five years of professional experience in an implementation-oriented interface function between Business and IT, preferably in Business Engineering, Business Analysis, or Solution Delivery
• Proven expertise in digital opening processes as well as a comprehensive understanding of person onboarding and identification, product openings, contracts and signatures, as well as review and mutation processes
• Ability to concretize functional concepts so that development teams can implement concrete solutions from them
• Very good process understanding as well as experience in process modeling and with workflow engines
• Good technical understanding of complex application landscapes and cross-system processes
• Experience in coordinating complex projects and in agile working models
• Independent, team-oriented, and communicative personality with a strong ownership and lead mindset, as well as the ability to combine depth of detail with a general overview
• Fluent German skills at least at C1 level; Swiss German is an advantage
