Formerly a farmhouse with roots in the 13th century, today one of the best-known restaurants in the city – with modern Swiss cuisine, local and seasonal. Areas of responsibility: • Independent management of a station in à-la-carte operations and at banquets • Mastery of all basic preparation methods as well as professional cleaning and processing of products • Mise en Place and appealing presentation of dishes • Compliance with hygiene and quality standards • Support of our apprentices • Depending on experience: deployment at other stations Your profile: • Completed vocational training as a cook or at least one year of experience in a comparable position • Clean, concentrated, and responsible way of working • Flexible, motivated, and team-oriented • Good manners and a positive aura • Readiness for shifts in the evenings and on weekends Employment: The position can be filled as a permanent annual position or as a seasonal position, with a workload of 80 to 100 %.
