Occupational Health Management (OHM) Specialist 80-100% Workplace to be agreed The Human Resources field, driven at a national level, is responsible for the management of all SSR personnel. Human Resources supports SSR employees in all personnel-related matters, offers a modern range of initial and continuous training, and is responsible, within their field, for the global implementation of modern key processes. Your mission We are looking for, for an immediate or to be agreed start date, an Occupational Health Management (OHM) specialist for a fixed-term position of two years within the Culture & Organizational Development team. In this role, you support team leaders, teams, and organizational units in change and development processes. You contribute in particular to the development of occupational health management as well as to the promotion of a healthy and sustainable organization.
