We are therefore looking for a personality who thinks ahead, organizes proactively, and consistently accompanies tasks until completion.

As a central hub at matco, you coordinate employees, orders, and appointments. The calendar supports this, and you provide the overview.

Your tasks:

• Planning and coordination of the assignments of around 10 to 12 service and assembly employees - from malfunctions to repairs to installation
• You coordinate appointments with customers, project managers, and partners and ensure that the appropriate specialist is in the right place at the right time
• The entire contract maintenance for private and business customers is your responsibility, including maintenance and filter lists as well as the coordination of maintenance technicians
• If a maintenance task results in a need for repair, you clarify the further procedure, organize the follow-up order, and stay on it until completion
• You take incoming calls, reliably record the requests, and forward them to the responsible department, being friendly in contact and committed in implementation
• Your tasks also include maintaining the alarm device list, coordinating the alarming, as well as the annual on-call planning with the registration of the on-call technicians with the alarm monitoring center
• You check service and work reports, create invoices for malfunction assignments, and coordinate warranty cases as well as damage reports
• The maintenance of our vehicle fleet is also organized by you. Because "done" here also means: cleanly processed

Your profile:

• Commercial or technical basic training as well as at least two years of experience in dispatching, deployment planning, or a comparable coordination function
• Good technical understanding and confident handling of PC and Excel
• Experience in the service, assembly, or building technology sector is a plus, but not a must
• Careful planning, clear priorities, and a calm, solution-oriented attitude even with short-term changes
• Independent way of working, consistent follow-up, and pleasure in reliably completing tasks
• Clear, friendly communication and very good German skills. As well as good English skills; language skills in Italian are welcome but not a must
