Restaurant Manager ### #### Tasks & Challenges • Overall responsibility for the operational restaurant business • Leadership, development, and motivation of a team of around 30 employees • Ensuring a first-class guest experience as well as the highest quality and service standards • Active co-design and further development of a newly positioned restaurant concept • Responsibility for economic management (PL) as well as the achievement of defined operational goals • Close cooperation with internal interfaces for the continuous optimization of processes and offerings Qualifications & Competencies • Several years of experience in upscale hospitality and gastronomy • Service-oriented, winning host personality • Business understanding as well as entrepreneurial thinking • Strong service, quality, and host orientation • Enthusiasm for high-quality gastronomy and demanding guest needs • Ideally experience with new openings, change projects, or the further development of gastronomic concepts • Very good German and English skills Opportunities & Perspectives Look forward to an international environment in which you can contribute and develop further.
