Your tasks

• Development and implementation of compensation strategies that align with company goals.
• Analysis and monitoring of market trends to ensure competitive compensation and benefit programs.
• Advising and supporting executives on all matters related to Compensation & Benefits.
• Creation and maintenance of compensation policies and processes.
• Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to develop innovative solutions.
• Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in the area of compensation.
• You lead and develop the C&B, Global Mobility and Payroll teams as well as promoting the culture of performance and collaboration

Your profile

• Completed studies in business administration, human resources management or a related field - ideally in the field of compensation and benefits
• 5-10 years of experience in the field of Compensation & Benefits, ideally in a leadership position - ideally experience in an internationally active listed company
• Sound knowledge of labor and social insurance laws.
• Analytical thinking skills and the ability to interpret complex data.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Fluent German and English skills in spoken and written form.
