To strengthen our Planning & Supply Chain team at the Zurich location, we are looking for, as of immediately or by arrangement, a Head of Planning, Ordering & Supply Chain 100 % (m/f/d) In this role, you will report to the General Manager and bear overall responsibility for our logistics department. What you will do: Permanent review of processes as well as continuous optimization of internal operational processes with regard to cost, quality and efficiency Ensuring correct material and inventory levels as well as resources to ensure smooth operation in all departments Personnel planning, procurement, leadership and development of around 50 employees in the areas of material planning, forecast (operational purchasing), goods receipt, picking, storage, goods issue and duty scheduling. Management and supervision of all P&SC activities to maximize the use of the company's resources Responsibility for the budget as well as achieving KPI targets and internal SLAs Ensuring compliance with laws and regulations (including customs regulations, food safety and hazard prevention) Close cooperation with other operational areas and support functions of the unit and the regional OP&C functions Training and supervision of the 4 to 6 logistics apprentices How you will succeed: You have a technical or commercial basic education as well as completed further training as a logistics specialist, logistics manager, certified Supply Chain Manager or similar Experience in the food industry, HACCP and ISO 22'000 standards You bring at least 3 years of leadership experience in a comparable position You are well acquainted with process analysis and optimization as well as lean processes You communicate confidently and professionally in German and English Good ERP knowledge (MS Office, warehouse management) How we will convince you: Your individual further development is important to us, because at the beginning of success are our employees, who write the history of Gate Gourmet.
