HR Consultant / HR Business Partner (80%-100%)

Your Tasks • HR Consulting: You accompany our customers as a trusted sparring partner in all HR topics and advise them competently on labor law and strategic issues – in German and English. • Project Mandates: You independently take on exciting project mandates and accompany them from conception to successful implementation at the customer. In doing so, you design future-oriented HR solutions – from modern employment conditions, contract clauses, and regulations to employee surveys and other HR initiatives. • Mandate Portfolio: You build sustainable relationships with existing and new customers, recognize their needs, and gradually develop your own mandate portfolio through your HR expertise. • Candidate Interviews: You conduct structured interviews with candidates in German and English and create well-founded interview reports with clear recommendations for our customers. • Ad Interim Assignments: . Furthermore, this exciting position offers the opportunity to take on ad-interim assignments directly at our customers' sites. In doing so, you contribute your HR expertise, support diverse HR processes, and gain exciting insights into different companies and industries. Your Skills • Educational Background: You have a tertiary educational degree (Business Administration, Psychology) or an equivalent HR further education and, ideally, have already completed the CAS Arbeitsrecht. • Professional Experience: You have already worked for around 5 years as an HRBP or HR Manager. • Specialist Knowledge: You are well-versed in labor law and are familiar with the most important social insurance topics. You are hungry for knowledge and enjoy developing your professional expertise. • Language Skills: Your German skills are at native speaker level, you can express yourself very well in English (B2/C1), and you understand Swiss German. • Way of Working: You work with a high standard of quality, think in a solution-oriented manner, and maintain an overview even in a dynamic environment. With your passion for modern HR work, you proactively approach new topics and convince through initiative, curiosity, and a positive can-do mentality.
