What you do You are responsible for the operation and further development of various HR-related processes and instruments within PV benefits. This includes, in particular, role profiles and competency models, on- and offboarding processes, the maintenance of competencies and permissions, as well as the support of relevant HR tools and evaluations. You take responsibility for the PV Academy and further develop its strategic orientation. In doing so, you analyze training needs, derive targeted training and communication measures, and ensure the sustainable professional development of employees. You coordinate cooperation with the Claims Academy, HR, and other LoBs and ensure smooth operation and consistent further development of joint training and education initiatives. You are responsible for knowledge management within PV benefits. This includes knowledge security and knowledge transfer, as well as the further development of the underlying tool and information architecture (e.g., SharePoint, Synthesia, and other solutions). You work actively in specialist projects, technical projects, and tool developments in the areas of KTG, UVG, and UVG-Z - from conception to implementation. You actively contribute to an interdisciplinary expert team and take responsibility for sub-projects, specialist focus topics, and special tasks. In doing so, you communicate in a target-group-oriented manner, network across departments, and promote a constructive, motivating, and learning-oriented team culture. What you bring Several years of experience (approx. 3-6 years) in project management, business development, learning & development, or knowledge management, ideally in personal insurance (KTG/UVG/UVG-Z) or in a similar benefits environment. Sound project management skills (e.g., in controlling projects, coordinating stakeholders, dealing with change) and a deep understanding of industry-specific requirements at the interface of expertise and technology. You think strategically, but also roll up your sleeves operationally and consistently bring topics into implementation. A degree at tertiary level (Uni/FH/HF) or an equivalent further education, e.g., in economics, insurance, business informatics, or a related field. High digital affinity and enjoyment in using and further developing new tools and working methods. An open, resilient, and team-oriented personality with a positive attitude - even when it gets hectic - as well as enjoyment in empowering others and passing on knowledge. Very good German skills as well as good English skills; Swiss German is a plus.
