Receptionist (m/f/d)

The focus is on the professional care of our hotel guests - from the warm welcome at check-in to the farewell. In addition, you will take care of the following:

• Care of our guests including check-in and check-out
• Checking and processing reservations, overbookings and options
• Invoicing including management of cost absorptions as well as cash handling and accounting
• Organizational and administrative tasks in both the front and back office areas (e.g., management of no-shows, answering emails)
• Cross-departmental insights into new areas of activity through collaboration in our multicultural team

• Training in hotel management or professional experience in the hotel/gastronomy industry or interest in a career change
