The MORI is the «small» sister company of MIKI Ramen and IKOO - Japanese Noodle Soups. Our main feature is the preparation of Japanese noodle soups, freshly and authentically prepared. In addition to the homemade Ramen, there are other Japanese dishes that are quickly prepared and satisfy and fill you up. These include surprising rice dishes and vegetarian specialties. Our cooks place value on decent origin of products and careful processing (bio, regional). We are looking for a cook 80-100% as of September 1, 2026 or by agreement: Your tasks: • Responsibility for the kitchen and storage area • Preparation and cooking of all dishes at all stations • Production and quality control of the food offer • Responsibility for compliance with and implementation of HACCP guidelines • Cleaning work in the kitchen and storage area You bring: • Completed training as a cook or corresponding professional experience • Independent and careful working method as well as high motivation • Knowledge or interest in Japanese food culture • Stress tolerance, self-responsibility and a pinch of passion for the profession • An open, positive attitude and team ability • Good oral knowledge of the English language We offer: • Varied and exciting tasks • A pleasant working climate • A centrally located workplace Interested?
