Your tasks Responsibility for the entire personnel administration from A to Z for around 120 employees (hourly and monthly wage earners) Responsibility for payroll accounting and social insurance Maintenance and administration of personnel master data in MIRUS (entries, exits and changes) Creation of reports and evaluations Contact person for employees, insurance companies, authorities and offices Carrying out the payroll in close cooperation with the financial management Advice and support for the management in labor law and personnel-related issues Participation in personnel development and optimization of internal HR processes Support in project management for events and new openings (obtaining permits, organization and implementation of IT tools) Deputy in event correspondence What you bring Completed commercial training or further education in the HR area (e.g. HR specialist certificate or personnel officer) or several years of professional experience in personnel management In-depth knowledge of MIRUS and a pronounced IT affinity Very good German and English language skills in word and writing; further language skills are an advantage Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working High level of trustworthiness, discretion and sense of responsibility Team spirit, initiative and joy in a dynamic work environment What we offer you A varied job in a growing and innovative gastronomy group A lot of independence and short decision-making paths A young, motivated and collegial team Exciting projects and the opportunity to actively help shape new openings Regular team events and a family-friendly work environment Attractive employee benefits in our businesses Modern working conditions and diverse development opportunities Interested?
