Branch Manager (m/f/d) Pest Control

Your tasks

• Leading people: You lead and develop the employees of the branch and strengthen cooperation within the team.
• Ensuring quality: You are responsible for quality management according to ISO 9001 and EN 16636 and develop it further.
• Implementing strategy: You translate company goals into concrete measures for the branch.
• Managing business: You are responsible for the budget, analyze business indicators, and manage costs and results.
• Shaping growth: You promote the economic further development of the branch.
• Strengthening service: You ensure high service quality and customer satisfaction.

Your profile

• Leadership experience in an operational service company or a manual-technical environment, ideally with service or field service teams.
• Technical or commercial understanding with corresponding further training or a comparable qualification.
• Entrepreneurial thinking and experience in using budgets and business indicators to manage the business.
• Confident handling of digital working tools and common IT applications.
• Experience in quality management.
• Proficient in the use of the German and English languages.
• Strong communication skills, decisive, and a structured way of working.
• Openness to continuously familiarize yourself with new subject areas.
