Your tasks
Substitution of the cooking restaurant managers or chefs in their absence in 7 establishments in Zürich and surrounding areas
Leadership of the team in the operating establishment (in substitution)
Organization and active collaboration in the production kitchens
Guest care on site
Organization and implementation of our offering concept, goods calculation
Co-responsible for purchasing and ordering processes including inventory
Diverse administrative activities
Controlling whether presentation and offering correspond to each other
Application and control of the cleaning and hygiene concept according to HACCP

Your background
Completed vocational training as Koch EFZ
Leadership experience and several years of professional experience in the à la carte or catering sector
Guest and service-oriented with an eye for detail
Experience in administration and calculation
Organizational talent, independent and clean way of working
Team player, flexible, eager to work and responsible
Guest- and service-oriented with an eye for detail
Language skills: German fluent in speaking and writing, good English skills
Impeccable reputation mandatory
Driver's license Cat. B is an advantage
