As an HR Recruitment Partner, you will support managers in acquiring qualified employees. You bring people and suitable positions together, develop individual recruitment strategies, and ensure a professional application process -- from the first contact to the start of employment. In doing so, you combine your intuition for people with a structured way of working and contribute to attracting the right talents for Klinik Hirslanden.

YOUR TASKS

• You are responsible for the entire recruitment process for specialists and managers -- from the recruitment mandate to the first working day -- in close cooperation with the line management and the central HR Service Center.
• You advise and support managers and develop suitable recruitment strategies together with them.
• You design appealing job advertisements and strengthen our employer brand.
• You manage the applicant selection, conduct interviews, and ensure a professional, appreciative Candidate Experience.
• You conduct contract negotiations, coordinate the conclusion of contracts, and handle the associated administrative tasks.

YOUR PROFILE

• Commercial basic training with further training in HR or a relevant university degree, for example in work and organizational psychology or business administration
• At least 1-2 years of experience in talent acquisition as well as experience in the healthcare or clinical environment
• Strong social competence, service orientation, and a confident manner
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working as well as the ability to set priorities correctly
• Good MS Office skills; SAP and SuccessFactors knowledge is an advantage
• Very good oral and written expression
