How your day looks You analyze and resolve complex errors and take on demanding 3rd\-level\-support cases. You analyze database states, logs, and configurations, reproduce errors, and find workarounds. You work directly with development and product management and contribute software improvements from practical experience. You support our customers in healthcare with complex processes through your high level of expertise. You help keep the knowledge base up to date and shape processes and tools in support. Important: Your focus is on analysis, technical error clarification, and sustainable problem solving. It is not telephone hotline support. What you should bring You bring at least five years of experience in technical software\-support, application\-support, or system analysis. Ideally, you have experience with processes and common interfaces in healthcare. You have experience in the error analysis of technical REST, SOAP, and file-based interfaces. You have very good knowledge of Oracle SQL/PLSQL, data validation, and bring a basic understanding of performance. You proceed analytically, systematically, and solution-oriented and organize your work independently. You have an understanding of 3\-tier\-architectures (frontend, backend, database) and ideally basics in object-oriented programming. You have a completed degree or training in the field of computer science, business informatics, or a comparable qualification.
