Shape the future of personnel planning with us We are implementing a future-proof planning system that provides reliable support and simplifies everyday life. In this way, we create more time for clinical work, less coordination effort, and better conditions for everyone who provides care. In the Time Management 2.0 project, we are redesigning personnel planning: transparent, compliant with regulations, and with a focus on the needs of our employees. We are looking for an engaged personality, starting immediately or by agreement, fixed-term for 2 years, who brings their professional expertise in the areas of time management, personnel deployment planning, and training to create a sustainable solution for the future together with us. Tasks ## • You set up our time management and personnel deployment planning system, maintain the parameterization, and ensure compliance with municipal regulations and labor law requirements. • You implement regulatory adjustments as well as software updates from a professional standpoint and keep the system continuously up to date. • You advise HR, managers, planning officers, and Key User*innen on questions regarding working time planning, regulations, and legal requirements. • You ensure the compliant generation and transmission of inconveniences and variable wage data to SAP HCM. • You create reports and evaluations to secure and verify data quality. • You work on concepts and the implementation of the new system within the project. • In the project, you parameterize the new personnel deployment planning system according to legal requirements, regulations, and operational requirements. • During the rollout across the entire organization, you work closely with the respective areas and introduce the new system into the line. • You develop training concepts for the new system, prepare practical documentation, and conduct training for Key User*innen, Planner*innen, and End User*innen. Profile ## • You have a commercial basic training EFZ, a comparable education, or a degree (Bachelor) in business administration, personnel management, or a related field. • You bring several years of experience in time management, personnel deployment planning, or workforce management, as well as in projects. • You combine sound knowledge of labor and personnel law with a high IT affinity and enjoyment in working with systems, data, and processes. • Ideally, you are familiar with the healthcare sector and understand the challenges of hospital operations. • You have experience in consulting, moderation, and training of different target groups; further training in the field of adult education or project management is an advantage. • You think in networks, work independently, and advance topics with perseverance and pragmatism. • You are an open, convincing personality with a strong service orientation and enjoyment in collaborating with a wide variety of stakeholders.     We offer ## With us, you will actively participate in the introduction of a forward-looking personnel planning and time management system and make an important contribution to the further development of our working world.
