Your tasks ##

• You lead the Project and Quality Management, Architecture & Engineering, Platform & Operations, and Data & Analytics teams both professionally and personally
• You are responsible for the stability, security, scalability, and economic efficiency of the platforms and services
• You continuously develop an ITIL-4-compatible service model with clear KPIs and establish high service quality
• You drive end-to-end automation and reduce technical debt as well as dependencies on individual technologies and providers
• You anchor security-by-design, architectural principles, and quality standards across departments
• You are responsible for resource, budget, and supplier management and ensure efficient end-to-end supply chains
• You strengthen the data and analysis capabilities of the company and promote the use of modern platform and cloud services
• You work closely with Digital & Business Services and position your area as a reliable platform and enabling partner

Your profile ##

• You have a university degree in business, business informatics, engineering, or a comparable qualification
• You bring several years of leadership and practical experience in the areas of IT infrastructure, platforms, engineering, or operations
• You have already successfully led several teams or managers and develop organizations sustainably
• You lead in an empowering manner, promote individual responsibility, and create an environment in which teams can develop their full potential
• You combine strategic thinking with high implementation strength and convince through pragmatism, decisiveness, and reliability
• You possess a sound understanding of modern IT platforms, cloud services, architecture and operating models, as well as security topics
• You convince through customer orientation, high social and self-competence, and a professional and partnership-based interaction at all levels
• You communicate confidently in German and English, are enthusiastic about new technologies, and actively share your knowledge with others
