Die Hallenstadion Gastronomie is responsible for the entire catering at Hallenstadion Zürich – the largest and most modern event arena in Switzerland with space for up to 15’500 guests. We operate numerous take-aways, restaurants, bars, banquet rooms, as well as exclusive loge and VIP areas. Our offering ranges from high-end gastronomy to quick, contemporary food and drinks, making every event a culinary experience.

To support our kitchen brigade, we are supplementing our team as of November 2026 or by agreement with a:

Sous-Chef Logen & VIP (m/w)

Workload: 100% / no split shifts!

Area of responsibility:

You are primarily responsible for ensuring timely and qualitatively flawless kitchen performance in our VIP restaurant Topline and for the loge area of the Hallenstadion. In doing so, you independently lead and organize your 4-person kitchen brigade.

Additionally, together with the Sous-Chef Publikumsgastronomie, you assume the deputy role for the Head of Kitchen Area during their absence.

Requirement profile:

• Completed culinary apprenticeship (EBA or EFZ)
• Good German skills (oral & written)
• Several years of experience as Chef de Partie / Sous-Chef in renowned establishments
• High quality orientation and guest-oriented thinking
• Strength in efficient work and leadership organization
• Computer user skills are an advantage
• Readiness for several years of cooperation
• Place of residence preferably in the greater Zurich area
