Your tasks

• Ensuring the entire quotation process in the general agency
• Calculating, creating, checking, and reporting quotations
• Processing change requests
• Processing and recording new applications in private customer business
• Customer and broker support
• Customer-oriented advice by telephone and in writing
• Maintenance and expansion of existing customer relationships
• Support and assistance to brokers in technical and administrative matters
• General administrative tasks
• Correspondence (E-mail/letter)
• Mail processing
• Telephone switchboard and customer reception
• Customer service inquiries
• Coordination and appointment management

Your profile

As a customer service representative, you ideally possess the following qualifications and skills:

• Completed commercial basic training, preferably in private insurance
• In-depth insurance knowledge in private customer or corporate customer business
• Several years of professional experience in the insurance industry, ideally with experience in Zurich systems
• Higher vocational education (federal diploma or higher technical college) is a plus
• IT-savvy personality – you are happily regarded as an "IT champion" in the team and work efficiently with digital tools
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
• Good French and English skills are an advantage
• Customer-oriented, communicative, and service-oriented personality with pleasure in supporting and expanding customer relationships
• Proactive, flexible, team-oriented, and resilient way of working with quick comprehension and high personal responsibility
• Result-oriented and quality-conscious basic attitude
