The Rooms Division with the areas of Front Office, Concierge and Housekeeping places the highly professional, proactive and coordinated service delivery to the guest at the center of all activities.

Your profile

• Some years of professional experience in luxury hotels or a related field
• Good specialist knowledge in the areas of Food & Beverage and Rooms Division
• Fluent in German and English, other languages are an advantage
• Confident in dealing with different cultures
• Strong in setting priorities and in organization
• Extremely poised manners, pronounced social competence and a professional and confident appearance

• Professional and unobtrusive delivery of a highly personalized service
• Making the extraordinary possible and thereby creating trust and a personal connection to your guests
• Requesting services from other departments in a beneficial way for the guest through your communicative and self-confident appearance
• Dealing with challenging situations
