They offer professional specialist support to the operational areas, so that a highly personalized service to the guest is achieved together.

Your Profile

• • Several years of experience in a comparable leadership function in upscale hospitality
• Experience in the areas of Reservation, Rooms Division or Revenue Management
• Sound knowledge of the processes of a professional reservation operation
• Good understanding of sales, room inventory, and distribution channels
• Experience in the leadership, development, and motivation of employees
• Entrepreneurial thinking and cost-conscious action
• Strong service and guest orientation
• Clear, binding, and professional communication
• Enjoyment of working with different departments and partners
• Structured, reliable, and independent way of working
• Good understanding of numbers
• Confident appearance and resilience in everyday and exceptional situations
• Consistent implementation of quality and safety standards
• Willingness to work flexible hours, night shifts, and duty shifts
• Very good German and English skills
• Further language skills are an advantage

Your Tasks

• • Leadership of the Reservation department
• Active sale of all services and products
• Upselling and cross-selling of rooms, gastronomy, Spa and Dolder Eis und Bad
• Receipt and processing of inquiries, offers, and reservations
• Ensuring the 24-hour processing deadline
• Deputy for the Revenue Manager
• Creation of the occupancy forecast
• Management of the room inventory across all sales channels
• Management of room allotments
• Hub function between Reservation and the departments Front Office, Housekeeping, Concierge, Food & Beverage, Spa, and Marketing
• Support in sales and marketing activities
• Creation of reports, statistics, and analyses
• Participation in budget preparation
• Cost control as well as measures for revenue increase and cost optimization
• Creation and monitoring of work schedules
• Ensuring the internal and external flow of information
• Training, development, and motivation of employees
• Participation in recruitment in cooperation with Human Resources
• Monitoring and optimization of operational processes according to quality and safety standards
• Receipt and processing of feedback, complaints, and wishes
• Initiation of immediate measures and ensuring the follow-up
• Market and trend observation
