MIPS (Marketing Information & Processing System) is a central component of the group-wide ecosystem and supports marketing processes as well as digital services for importers and dealers. To strengthen our team in Zürich Oerlikon, we are looking for a Team Lead MIPS Operations immediately or by arrangement.
In this role, you will take over the leadership of the operations team and ensure the stable, efficient, and customer-oriented operation of the platform.

Your tasks ##

• Leadership and development of the MIPS team: Functional and personnel leadership, goal definition, resource and capacity planning, as well as coaching and further development of employees
• Ensuring the operational operation of MIPS: Responsibility for a stable, secure, and efficient operation of the Marketing Information & Processing System as a central component of the group-wide INSiDE ecosystem
• Management of daily operations: Coordination and prioritization of operational task and order processing as well as ensuring high service quality and timely processing of support requests
• Incident, problem, and change management: Responsibility for the corresponding processes as well as continuous optimization of workflows, system stability, and service quality
• Consulting and support of internal customers: Support of importers, dealers, and internal specialist departments with operational questions as well as with the optimization of MIPS usage
• Collaboration in the SAFe environment: Close coordination with Business Owners, Product Owners, and the MIPS Development Team, participation in PI Planning, as well as ensuring the operational feasibility of planned features
• Release, rollout, and operations coordination: Planning and accompanying releases and rollouts as well as coordination of operational requirements and maintenance windows in cooperation with Development and the involved stakeholders
• Quality assurance in 1st and 2nd level support: Ensuring smooth operation and continuous improvements
• Documentation, communication, and knowledge transfer: Ensuring operational and system documentation in Jira and Confluence as well as demand-oriented implementation of workshops and training for different user groups

Your profile ##

• Completed training or studies in management, marketing, business consulting, or application development
• Several years of experience in managing complex IT and/or marketing projects
• Experience in consulting and in the operational leadership of project teams
• Experience in collaboration between operations, business, and software development
• Very good knowledge of Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) as well as ideally experience with Censhare, CDN, omnichannel publication and shop systems
• Strong communication, cooperation, and organizational skills as well as customer and service orientation
• High degree of initiative, flexibility, teamwork, and service orientation
• Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form
