Holistic financial advice! For a strategically relevant project at a bank in the Zurich area, we are looking for an experienced personality with profound specialist knowledge in the field of financing and living, as well as extensive experience in a consulting or sales environment. The focus is on the further development of the holistic advisory approach. The goal is to support customers even better in organizing their finances while simultaneously creating sustainable added value for the bank. The current advisory tool «Kompass» as well as the existing advisory processes will be specifically developed further. For this demanding mandate, we are looking for you as:

your AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY In this role, you will actively help shape the project, drive the further development of the holistic advisory approach, and take co-responsibility for its successful implementation. Your specialist focus is on financing and living. You will actively contribute your profound market and product knowledge to the further development of the advisory service and support the meaningful integration of topics such as home ownership, mortgages, protection, living in old age, as well as rental and investment properties into the advisory process. You will analyze and improve the existing processes regarding preparation, asset assessment and structuring, needs identification, and the transition into further thematic advisory. In doing so, you will develop the previous advisory approach further and design it so that it is simple, understandable, and tangible for customers, while remaining practical for sales employees. Another focus is on the further development of the advisory tool «Kompass». You will contribute your specialist perspective, formulate and specify business requirements, and actively participate in the design of future solutions. The further development takes place iteratively: you commission or accompany prototypes, support pilot projects, and conduct customer tests together with the customer advisors. You will use the qualitative and quantitative feedback obtained for the continuous improvement of the advisory approach. Furthermore, you support the empowerment of sales employees, moderate workshops, and prepare decision-making bases. You work closely with stakeholders from sales, product, IT, compliance, risk, and management.

your PERSONALITY You possess in-depth specialist knowledge in the field of financing and living. This includes in particular the purchase of homes, mortgages including extensions, protection, living in old age, as well as the topics of rental and investment properties. Importantly, you also have practical experience from a consulting or sales environment with a holistic advisory approach. You know the market requirements and understand how financial advice must function from the perspective of customers and advisors. You are experienced in practice in the conception, simplification, and further development of end-to-end advisory processes across various channels and can translate complex specialist content into understandable and customer-oriented solutions. Furthermore, you bring experience with iterative and agile working methods such as pilot projects, MVPs, Scrum/Kanban, or Design Thinking. You are familiar with the planning and evaluation of customer testing and feedback loops and can specifically use qualitative as well as quantitative feedback, for example regarding advisory quality, customer satisfaction, or closing rates. You have experience in cross-departmental change and implementation projects and move confidently in stakeholder management with sales, product, IT, compliance, risk, and management. Technical understanding as well as the ability to specify business requirements for the further development of the advisory tool «Kompass» round off your profile. You work independently, customer-oriented, and with strong implementation skills, and possess pronounced communication and moderation skills. Project management experience is an advantage. Very good German skills in speaking and writing at C1 level are required.

your PERSPECTIVES You will take on an active specialist role in a strategically relevant project for the further development of holistic financial advice. This is expressly not a classic business analyst role where requirements are primarily documented - your active specialist co-design is required. You will work together with a second Senior Specialist, whose focus is in the area of investing and pension planning. The two profiles complement each other and carry the project together. You will actively help shape the further development of the advisory approach from the specialist conception through prototypes and pilot projects to customer tests. The goal is to create an advisory approach where customers feel at the end of the conversation: "My finances are now correctly organized." The workload is 80-100 %. The start is October 1, 2026, the duration of the assignment is 12 months or more, with a term until the end of 2027. Two days per week in the office are planned.
