Your tasks:
Independent management of your own service station in à-la-carte and banquet business

Professional, warm greeting, seating, and care of our demanding guests

In-depth advice on dishes, daily recommendations, and our wine and beverage assortment

Active upselling as well as professional serving of food and beverages

Smooth preparation of the mise en place for the service area

Independent handling of payments and settlement with the cash register system

Compliance with and implementation of internal quality and hygiene standards (HACCP)

Your profile:
Completed vocational training in gastronomy / hotel management (e.g., Restaurant Specialist EFZ) or several years of profound experience in high-end service

Passion for hospitality, sensitivity in dealing with guests, and a strong eye for detail

Good wine knowledge and enjoyment of culinary trends

Very good German and English skills in speaking and writing
(other languages welcome)

Well-groomed appearance, impeccable manners, and a positive aura

Resilience, team spirit, and flexibility regarding irregular working hours and split shifts
