In this role, you will not only accompany managers in their operational daily business, but also actively contribute your experience to strategic issues, organizational developments, and change processes. However, those who drive sustainable changes with conviction, tact, and perseverance will find a task with real impact.  HR Business Partner ### #### Tasks & Challenges • Holistic support of a defined business unit throughout the entire employee lifecycle • Sparring partner for managers in operational and strategic HR topics • Advising on labor law as well as personnel issues and accompanying complex HR cases • Responsibility for recruitments from needs analysis to successful placement • Participation in organizational developments, reorganizations, and cultural change processes • Leading and participating in cross-departmental HR projects • Analysis, optimization, and further development of existing HR processes • Active contribution of new ideas, modern working methods, and future-oriented HR instruments Your Profile • Several years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a comparable generalist HR function • Sound knowledge of the entire employee lifecycle as well as Swiss labor law • Completed HR further training as well as ideally an advanced qualification (CAS, DAS or MAS) • High advisory competence and pleasure in accompanying managers at eye level • You constructively question existing structures and develop pragmatic solutions from them. • You think entrepreneurially, in networks, and never lose sight of the big picture, even in complex situations. • Independent, structured way of working combined with a strong service orientation • Authentic personality with persuasiveness, humor, and enjoyment of collaboration  Opportunities & Perspectives Here, you do not only shape HR processes, but also make a direct contribution to the further development of a significant organization.
