Business Analyst, E-Banking (80-100%)

As a Business Analyst in the E-Banking team, you will actively help shape the digital future of our Private Clients platform. You act as the bridge between Business and IT and ensure that customer needs, regulatory requirements, and technical possibilities are translated into innovative and user-friendly solutions. In close cooperation with specialist departments, developers, UX experts, and external partners, you analyze requirements, develop concepts, and accompany their implementation until a successful go-live. In doing so, you do not just think in individual features, but consider the entire Customer Journey and contribute to continuously improving the digital customer experience. What is the content of the role? You work closely with the Product Owner, analyze functional requirements, and together with the stakeholders, develop sustainable and innovative solutions for our E-Banking platform - from prioritization to the concretization of individual initiatives. You create Business Requirements, User Stories, functional concepts, and process descriptions and accompany these throughout the entire development cycle. You accompany new functions from the idea through specification and implementation to testing, introduction, and operation, and ensure in close cooperation with the development and UX teams that requirements are implemented understandably, completely, and efficiently. You perform functional acceptances and User Acceptance Tests and ensure the quality of new functions. You analyze production problems, coordinate root cause analysis, and derive sustainable improvement measures together with the involved teams. You identify optimization potential in existing processes and drive the continuous further development of our digital channels. What are the requirements? You have a strong understanding of the requirements of modern E-Banking and are enthusiastic about solving complex challenges at the interface between Business and Technology. Several years of experience as a Business Analyst, Business Engineer, or Requirements Engineer in a banking or finance environment. Experience in the analysis, conception, and implementation of digital solutions, preferably in the area of E-Banking or Digital Banking. A good understanding of software development processes, digital customer experiences, and modern UX principles. Enjoyment in structuring complex issues and documenting them understandably. Analytical thinking skills as well as an independent and solution-oriented way of working. Basic technical understanding, ideally with knowledge in SQL, APIs, or Avaloq. Experience in testing and in the functional quality assurance of applications. High communication skills and enjoyment in collaborating with different stakeholders. You are fluent in German and English, both written and spoken. Affinity for Artificial Intelligence (AI) and willingness to work with AI tools. What do we offer?
