Specialist Lead HR Systems & Applications / Deputy Department Head 80-100%

You will actively help shape the digital HR landscape at USZ and be responsible for the functional implementation and further development of HR systems, with a special focus on the new HR Suite. You will translate functional requirements into efficient system solutions and digital workflows, ensure sustainable operation, and accompany releases, tests, and system adjustments. At the same time, you will monitor new technologies such as automation and AI and assess their benefit for HR. A versatile key role with great creative freedom and a clear development perspective. Our over 8'600 employees and around 700 trainees work every day for the well-being of our patients. ### Your main tasks • Analysis, design, harmonization and continuous optimization of HR processes and workflows • Development and further development of user-oriented end-to-end processes • Recording and structuring functional requirements from HR and other stakeholder groups • Functional support for the implementation of requirements in the HR Suite and other relevant HR applications • Conducting and moderating process and requirement workshops • Creation and maintenance of process descriptions, work instructions and functional documentation • Planning and coordination of functional tests, key user tests and acceptances • Development and implementation of training and enablement measures • Building, coordination and further development of the HR key user network Your profile • Completed education or further training with a focus on Human Resources, business administration or a comparable field of study • Several years of professional experience in the HR environment as well as a sound understanding of HR processes and their organizational contexts • Several years of leadership experience • Experience in the analysis, design and optimization of end-to-end processes and workflows • Experience in the structured translation of functional requirements into a technical system environment • Experience with HR systems as well as ideally with the introduction or further development of integrated HR solutions • Ability to prioritize several parallel topics and to maintain an overview even in demanding situations.
