Your team

For our Private Clients team, we are looking for a service-oriented, proactive and motivated personality as Customer Advisor 80-100%. You have completed basic commercial training and have already been able to gain initial professional experience (one to two years). Together with the team, you ensure comprehensive advice and support for our customers. In addition, you support the team in optimizing processes as well as on the way towards a digital way of working.

Your tasks

• Support and maintenance of customer relationships as well as ensuring a high service quality
• Processing of customer inquiries and support with questions regarding products, services, transactions and processes
• Accompanying the entire customer process from the opening of a depot through mutations to deposits and withdrawals as well as further customer instructions
• Coordination and processing of customer orders in cooperation with internal specialist departments and external partners
• Ensuring the correct and timely processing of customer and business transactions, taking into account regulatory and internal requirements
• Maintenance of customer and master data as well as ensuring high data quality
• Identification of customer needs and optimization potential as well as contributing suggestions for improvement for products, processes and services
• Documentation and reporting of relevant customer activities and business transactions

Your profile

• Completed basic commercial training (EFZ), ideally in the financial industry
• Initial professional experience in investment and asset advisory is an advantage
• Good IT user knowledge in MS Office as well as experience in dealing with CRM systems
• Knowledge of IT security and data protection
• Service-oriented way of working as well as strong analytical thinking skills
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
