Tasks
Development and implementation of the ServiceNow KI and automation roadmap
Identification, evaluation and prioritization of KI use cases
Conception and implementation of solutions based on Now Assist and other KI features
Building of intelligent assistants, KI agents and automated service processes
Execution of Proof of Concepts and pilot projects
Transfer of successful solutions into productive operation
Advising customers and internal stakeholders regarding the meaningful use of KI
Further development of architecture, standards and governance for the use of KI within ServiceNow
Promotion of high data quality as a basis for successful KI solutions
Active knowledge transfer within the ServiceNow team

Requirements
Several years of practical experience as a ServiceNow Engineer, Developer, Architect or Senior Consultant
Sound knowledge in ServiceNow ITSM as well as ideally other modules such as CSM or ITOM
Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub and automation solutions
Proven practical experience with Now Assist, Predictive Intelligence, Task Intelligence, Virtual Agent, AI Search
Experience in the conception and implementation of productive AI solutions
ServiceNow certifications
Very good German skills as well as good English skills
Nice-to-have
Experience with GenAI, LLM or KI agent approaches
Architecture experience in the enterprise environment
Experience in public administrations or regulated environments
Knowledge in Data Governance and KI Governance
