As Head of People Experience, you are the leadership personality behind our People Experience area consisting of several specialized teams, which together shape the entire Employee Lifecycle at Digitec Galaxus and act as a catalyst for sustainable personal as well as entrepreneurial growth. You lead 4 experienced People Experience Leads, develop their full potential and thus create the prerequisite for extraordinary results. In doing so, you report directly to the Executive Board and are part of the Head-of-team. Head of People Experience (w/m/d) Your tasks Personnel and professional leadership, development and coaching of 4 People Experience Leads – with a clear focus on further developing existing teams and establishing a common direction Cross-country and cross-location assurance of a consistent, high-quality People Experience throughout the entire Employee Lifecycle Anchoring the Digitec-Galaxus culture in all People processes and solutions across all locations Promoting effective collaboration as clear interfaces between the People Experience teams and the entire P&C organization Steering relevant People KPIs (including Employee Engagement, turnover, absenteeism rate) at team and company level Ensuring compliance with labor law requirements in Switzerland and other relevant markets Strategic sparring function for the Executive Board in all People-relevant topics Your skills At least three years of leadership experience in the HR environment Sound experience in a supporting HR function (e.g. as HR Business Partner) as well as in the design and further development of People processes Solid knowledge of labor law and relevant HR practices, knowledge of German and/or Serbian labor law is a clear plus Deep understanding of HR Best-Practices and the eye for how People initiatives contribute directly to business success Pronounced decisiveness and the ability to set clear priorities even in complex situations Strong stakeholder management and a confident appearance at all levels of the company The willingness to question "how it has always been done" and to suggest more efficient, automated or more effective solutions The ability to adapt to continuous changes in the working environment Business fluent German and English skills, [additional] is an advantage Why start with us?
