With your eye for detail, you take responsibility for the quality and cleanliness throughout the entire hotel. Control is your thing: You carry out regular room and quality inspections. You ensure that our housekeeping, hygiene, and hotel standards are met. As a central point of contact, you coordinate our external housekeeping service provider. You coordinate and monitor the services provided daily and ensure that what was agreed upon is also implemented. You stay on top of things: You recognize quality deficiencies, address them, and ensure they are rectified. You check our service provider's invoices and compare the billed amounts with the services actually provided. You work closely with Front Office, Maintenance, and other teams. You take guest feedback and complaints regarding cleanliness and quality seriously, process them in a solution-oriented manner, and follow up until they are resolved. You always have an overview of laundry, consumables, and housekeeping equipment. You support audits and inspections and help to continuously further develop our quality standards. You have completed training in the hotel industry, preferably in housekeeping. You bring experience in housekeeping in a 4- or 5-star hotel. A leadership or coordinating function is already familiar to you. Quality and responsibility are a matter of course for you. You are organized, work in a structured manner, and maintain an overview even in hectic situations. You communicate clearly, can assert yourself, and think in a solution-oriented way. You are comfortable with numbers and have experience in invoice auditing. You have good German and English skills. You work confidently and routinely with MS Office. You are flexible and ready to work on weekends and public holidays if necessary. You are the central interface between the hotel and the external partner and are responsible in particular for quality control, the coordination of services, the verification of the agreed standards, as well as the control and approval of the corresponding invoices.
