Tasks ## • You further develop our internal communication - with the goal of strengthening employee satisfaction. • From the employee magazine to digital storytelling to new formats: You design our editorial offering in a versatile and target-group-oriented manner. • You put our employees and their stories at the center - with authentic portraits, reports, interviews, and background reports. • In close exchange with specialist departments, managers, and employees, you track down exciting stories and develop content from them that moves. • You plan, coordinate, and produce content with external partners for strong visual worlds and emotional storytelling with high editorial and visual quality. Profile ## • You bring several years of experience in internal communication, journalism, corporate publishing, or a comparable editorial function. • With your strong sense of storytelling, you authentically and understandably bring people and their achievements to the center. • You have experience in using AI and use it specifically to support editorial tasks and in the production of different content formats. • Your strong visual competencies are shown in a confident sense of imagery, layout, and design. • You possess strong project management skills and enjoy developing communication formats and bravely trying out new ideas - whether digital, analog, or hybrid.
