Part-time Assistant Accounting, Backoffice and HR with IT flair in small IT service provider (60-80%)

KITE is an owner-managed IT service provider in Zürich. We support law firms and SMEs as their complete IT department, from the cloud to the workplace. Short paths, direct decisions, no corporate structures.

What you will achieve with us

Accounting and Administration:

• Independently manage accounts receivable and accounts payable, incl. payment transactions in e-banking
• Expense and credit card statements, supplier invoices
• Prepare monthly billing, dunning process, license renewals
• Prepare annual financial statements and process them with the fiduciary

HR and Recruiting:

• Triage of incoming applications, coordination with recruitment agencies
• Onboarding of new employees, support in payroll
• Organization of team meetings and company events

Office:

• Backoffice mailbox and main number, mail, orders, goods receipt
• Periodic controls of supplier services (controlling)
• Maintenance of the website

IT Cooperation:

• Creating new customers in our systems
• If inclined: simple changes, installations, logistics to customers

These skills you bring

• Commercial basic training and several years of practice in accounting (accounts receivable, accounts payable, closing work)
• Experience in administration or office management
• Strong IT understanding, proficient in M365 (Outlook, Excel, Teams), openness to new tools, including AI-supported
• Excellent German in spoken and written form, English is an advantage
• Advantageous: basic HR knowledge, experience with ERP software, law firm environment
